Integrations

KozyOps integrations

The third-party systems KozyOps connects to today, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NMI, Qualpay, Otodata, Tank Utility, Twilio, OnSIP, Google Maps, OpenMeteo, AWS.

A short, honest list. We don’t list logos we don’t ship against.

A note on Kozy Payments

Kozy Payments is not an integration. It’s our own processor, with NMI as the gateway adapter underneath. It runs at-cost and it is wired through the ledger end-to-end, across autopay, Charge Deposit, Collections, and Bank Deposits. NMI and Qualpay (below) are the third-party gateway options for dealers who haven’t switched yet.

Accounting

Sage Intacct

Deep two-way push for month-end close. Built for dealers who use Intacct as the book of record. OAuth-based connection.

QuickBooks

Thinner than the Sage Intacct integration, but real. For QuickBooks shops.

Generic GL adapter

For dealers exporting to a different general ledger.

Payment gateways

NMI

The gateway adapter underneath Kozy Payments. Also supported as a standalone option for dealers running NMI directly. Standalone mode does not get the same partial-refund allocation, chargeback workflow, or deposit-batch reconciliation depth.

Qualpay

Supported for dealers already running Qualpay. Same caveats as standalone NMI.

Tank monitoring

Float gauge, ultrasonic, and pressure-sensor monitors are supported, over cellular, WiFi, or LoRa transports. When a monitor goes stale past its grace period, the platform falls back to degree-day projection so the route does not stall.

Otodata

Sync runs every 15 minutes. Tank readings feed the delivery window calculator on the propane side.

Tank Utility

Same sync cadence, same downstream use.

These two are the only tank-monitor vendors in the platform today. If you’re on a different monitor, ask us before assuming we connect.

Field hardware

LCR meter standard

Bluetooth or wired meter integration for fuel deliveries. The driver finishes the delivery ticket from the truck with the gallons already populated, no clipboard step.

Mapping and weather

Google Places

Address parsing and lat/long lookup for Location Management. Dispatchers and customers get the same canonical address, geocoded once.

Google Maps

Navigation hand-off from the KozyServiceman iOS app. The driver taps the address on a delivery or service ticket and the route opens in Maps.

OpenMeteo

Weather feed for Degree Day zone calculations. Refreshed every 30 minutes in America/New_York.

Communications

Twilio

SMS conversations and voice. Threads are tied to the customer record so the next dispatcher sees the history.

OnSIP

VoIP softphone with call streams and screen-pop on the matching customer. Tenant-specific availability, confirm with our team that we can turn it on for your operation.

AWS SES

Transactional email delivery.

AWS SNS / Pinpoint

Push notifications and engagement.

Infrastructure (worth mentioning for IT)

AWS S3

Per-tenant storage buckets for photos, exports, generated PDFs.

Sentry

Production error monitoring across the back office and the iOS app.

Things we don’t integrate with (yet)

We get asked. Here’s the honest list:

  • Other tank-monitor vendors: Otodata and Tank Utility only.
  • Plumbing / electrical-trade-specific systems: KozyOps generalizes service work, but the deepest depth today is fuel plus HVAC service. Non-HVAC trades are on the roadmap.
  • Fleet-fueling / commercial-multi-location ERPs: on the roadmap.
