What we collect, in brief
KozyOps is a software platform used by fuel dealers and HVAC operators to run their business. The platform processes:
- Operator (dealer) staff accounts, roles, and audit records
- The dealer’s customer records, including contact information and account history
- Delivery, service, and payment records the dealer creates in the platform
- Photos and notes captured against deliveries and service jobs
- Driver location data captured by the iOS app while on shift
- Payment data processed through Kozy Payments or supported third-party gateways
The dealer is the controller of their customer data. KozyOps is the processor.
