KozyOps for the field crew

One iOS app, two role flows. KozyServiceman handles deliveries, service jobs, and time tracking in three sections, Delivery, Servicemen, My Time, across any size fleet.

One app for the fleet.

A delivery driver and a service tech do not do the same job. They do work for the same operation, on the same customer list, on the same hardware, across the same fleet (a guy and a truck, or a thousand vehicles across a dozen depots). KozyServiceman is one iOS app, one login, three sections. The right section opens based on who is logged in.

Three sections, one home screen

Delivery

For drivers. Oil routes, propane routes, propane tank-exchange routes, plus any other fuel you sell. Each fuel has its own flow because metered oil delivery is not the same as a propane cylinder swap. Pick a stop, record gallons (metered or manual), capture the ticket. Work offline when you are past the cell tower, sync when you are back. Routes are filtered by depot so the driver sees the right book.

Servicemen

For technicians. Your assigned jobs, the equipment on the property, the customer’s history, your parts requests, photos, notes. Heating, cooling, oil-side service, propane-side service, generalized service work for whatever your operation runs on the same trucks. Record equipment readings, log parts used, capture photos against the service ticket.

My Time

For everyone, across both 1099 and W-2 rosters. Clock in, clock out, manage your shift. Payroll uses these clock events directly. No separate timecard app, no separate run for contractors and employees.

Built for the truck and the fleet

A few things that matter when the app is being used in a parking lot in January:

  • Offline-capable. Routes and jobs load when you have signal. Captures sync when you are back.
  • Photo capture. Tied to the service ticket, not stored as a stray file.
  • GPS and connectivity awareness. The app knows where you are and what its connection looks like, which matters when dispatch needs to find a truck.
  • Bluetooth. For paired hardware on the truck (meters, printers).
  • QR code scanning. For tank IDs and equipment.
  • One session, two roles. Driver in the morning, tech in the afternoon? Same login, switch sections. The platform tracks both shifts on one clock.

What it is not (yet)

A few things the field crew has asked for that are on the roadmap, not in the app today:

  • Mobile signature capture. Coming. Photos work today. Signatures do not.
  • In-app tap-to-pay. Cards are taken in the office or via the portal today. Tap-to-pay in the truck is coming.
  • Field cylinder fills. Today’s propane workflow is bulk delivery or tank exchange. Cylinder-fill workflow is coming.
